The Flatonia Economic Development Corporation established a Façade Improvement Grant Program in 2019.  The program assists commercial business owners with a grant to improve the exterior appeal of their business.  The grant covers up to 80% of the costs for façade work with a maximum cap of $2,000.  The attached file explains the rules and contains an application for the Façade Improvement Grant Program.  Completed applications should be turned in to the City Manager via the following means:
