The City of Flatonia works in partnership with its citizens, visitors, and businesses to keep Flatonia safe and beautiful. If you have any concerns or observe an issue that needs City attention, you may submit problems to the City of Flatonia using the online form below.  Please complete the form and provide suitable information to assist the city in locating the problem so we may take the necessary action.  If you have a problem to report and you desire to report it via a telephone call, please call City Hall at (361) 865-3548. 

 

Please remember this reporting method is intended for non-emergency reports. If what you observe is an emergency, please call 911 and/or the City Hall telephone number.
